because pricing depends upon dimensions, quantity, materials, finishes, customization, project requirements, transportation, installation or other specifications.
A price displayed on the website does not necessarily constitute a final quotation for a customized project.
8. Price on Request & Quotations
For products marked “Price on Request,” “Request Quote,” “Get Price,” or similar wording, customers may submit their requirements to Susho.
We may request information such as:

- Drawings
- Installation requirements
- Customization specifications
A formal quotation may then be provided.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid only for the validity period specified in the quotation.
9. Taxes & Additional Charges
Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending upon how they are presented in the quotation, product page or checkout.
Charges for transportation, packaging, insurance, installation, site work, unloading, special handling or other services may be charged separately where applicable.
The final quotation/order confirmation will specify applicable charges for customized or project-based orders.
10. Orders
An order is considered accepted by Susho only after applicable confirmation and, where required, receipt of the specified advance or payment.

For customized projects, production may begin only after required specifications, drawings, finishes and payments have been approved.
11. Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Many Susho products can be manufactured according to customer-specific requirements.

Once production, procurement or fabrication of a customized product has commenced, modifications or cancellation may not be possible or may involve additional charges.
12. Drawings & Customer Approval
For applicable customized products, Susho may provide drawings, specifications, samples or visual references for customer approval.
The customer is responsible for verifying relevant details before approval, including:

- Quantity
- Orientation
- Opening direction
- Configuration
- Materials
- Colours
- Finishes
- Hardware
- Product specifications
Production based upon approved information will be carried out according to such approved specifications, subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
13. Site Measurements
Where Susho conducts site measurements, measurements will be taken based on site conditions existing at that time.
Customers, contractors and other agencies should avoid altering relevant dimensions after final measurement without notifying Susho.
If site dimensions or conditions change after measurement or approval, additional manufacturing, modification, transportation or installation charges may apply.
14. Customer-Supplied Measurements
Where products are manufactured using measurements supplied directly by the customer, architect, interior designer, contractor or another third party, the party providing those measurements is responsible for their accuracy.
Susho may not be responsible for fitment issues caused solely by incorrect customer-supplied measurements.
This does not affect responsibility for errors attributable to Susho.
15. Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the product or project.
Applicable payment schedules will be communicated through the quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation or project agreement.
For customized products, Susho may require an advance before procurement or production begins and the balance according to agreed project milestones.
16. Online Payments
Where online payment facilities are provided, transactions may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
Susho is not responsible for temporary payment failures caused solely by banking networks, card issuers, UPI providers or independent payment gateway systems.
Customers should contact us if payment is debited but the corresponding order is not confirmed.
17. Order Cancellation
Standard-product orders may be eligible for cancellation before dispatch, subject to the applicable Refund & Return Policy.
Customized, made-to-order or specially procured products may not be cancellable once:
- Design approval has been given
- Materials have been ordered
- Procurement has commenced
- Manufacturing has started
- Fabrication has commenced
- Special sourcing has been initiated
Any applicable cancellation costs will be handled according to the accepted quotation/order terms and applicable law.
18. Delivery
Estimated delivery or production timelines may be provided when an order is confirmed.
Delivery timelines may vary depending upon:
- Product availability
- Custom manufacturing
- Material availability
- Quantity
- Location
- Transportation
- Installation requirements
- Site readiness
- Events reasonably outside our control
Susho will make reasonable efforts to fulfil confirmed orders within the communicated timeline.
19. Installation
Installation may be included for certain products or offered separately.
Where installation is provided, the customer must ensure reasonable site readiness, including appropriate access, completed civil work where required, electricity, safe working conditions and any other prerequisites communicated by Susho.
Additional visits necessitated by an unready site may attract additional charges where agreed or reasonably applicable.
20. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products upon delivery or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.
Visible transit damage, missing items or incorrect products should be reported promptly with photographs and order details.
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Susho Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
21. Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our separately published Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude statutory consumer remedies for defective, deficient, misrepresented or incorrectly supplied goods or services. India's E-Commerce Rules apply broadly to goods and services bought or sold over digital or electronic networks.
22. Warranty
Certain Susho products may carry a product-specific warranty.
Warranty duration and coverage may vary according to:
